Job Summary:

Expleo is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join Trissential's client team, focusing on overseeing end-to-end IT programs and driving strategic results. The role involves implementing and integrating ERP and operational manufacturing systems while leading large-scale initiatives and fostering a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex IT programs, coordinating across teams, vendors, stakeholders, and timelines
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting
• Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI delivery
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster professional growth and high performance

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Program Management experience in IT, especially in enterprise‑scale programs
• Strong ERP systems experience is required, with SAP as a plus
• Proven track record of delivering tech programs on time, within scope, and on budget
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with PM frameworks (PMP, Agile, hybrid methodologies)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred, though equivalent experience considered

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud migrations, ERP, digital transformation, or Dev Ops programs
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile
• Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, manufacturing)
