We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Palantir AIP, Palantir Foundry, and related Palantir technologies. Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive data‑driven decisions and contribute to our company’s success.
Responsibilities- Analyze complex datasets using Palantir AIP to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions using Palantir Foundry.
- Develop and maintain data models and pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize Palantir technologies to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in data management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts in the team.
- Work closely with the Industrial Manufacturing team to apply data analytics in optimizing production processes.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Lead data‑driven projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics and Palantir technologies to continuously improve processes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
- Contribute to the development of data governance frameworks to enhance data quality and accessibility.
- Possess strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Palantir AIP, Foundry, and related technologies.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, and data visualization techniques.
- Have experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain applying data analytics to improve operational efficiency.
- Exhibit excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
- Show proficiency in communicating complex data insights to non‑technical stakeholders effectively.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and technologies.
