Mid-Level Data and Integration Developer

We’re seeking a mid-level Data & Integration Developer to support data within our IT Data Portfolio. In this role, you’ll own the delivery of hybrid data pipelines, build and maintain SSIS‑based ETL solutions, and integrate on‑prem data sources with cloud platforms like Snowflake using best practices for performance, cost, and security. You’ll develop complex SQL Server stored procedures, views, and functions;

monitor and optimize pipeline performance; and orchestrate batch and incremental workflows. This role also includes leading small initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing. It is a long‑term contract located in Milwaukee and is hybrid onsite. Must live within a drivable distance to Milwaukee currently.
