Supply Chain Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

This is an on-site hybrid role based out of Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI. The Supply Chain Analyst within the Sourcing Center of Excellence (COE) team will be responsible for the enhancement and reporting global spend across all Regal Rexnord business segments. This key role will work closely with the global supply chain teams, segment and corporate leaders, and IT in the development of strategic plans and actions, while proactively engaged in supporting projects.

• Contribute to Regal Rexnord's enterprise-wide sourcing and supply chain transformation initiatives, through data-driven insights and process optimization.
• Collect and synthesize data from diverse sources to identify actionable insights. Conduct analyses and reconciliation to uncover measurable opportunities for improvement. Design and implement audit processes to proactively detect, track, report and resolve data issues in a timely manner.
• Enhance the BI Spend data to improve analytics, visibility, and decision-making capabilities.
• Drive data cleansing and taxonomy standardization for both direct and indirect spend categories.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and system compatibility in partnership with analytics and IT teams.
• Mine and analyze data from internal databases and web platforms to drive optimization in product development, marketing, and business strategy.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to assess business requirements, promote process consistency, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and implement supply chain reporting tools to provide actionable insights and support data‑driven decision‑making. Design dashboards and automated reports to monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and optimize processes across the supply chain.
• Lead the implementation and training of AI spend analysis tools across the Supply Chain organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and performance.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned to support Supply Chain's strategic goals.

• Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering
• Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain, Business Analytical Role preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate preferred
• Skilled in creating impactful visualizations to communicate complex data insights
• Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills
• Experience with supply chain analytics and reporting systems; familiarity with tools such as DOMO and ERP systems is a plus.

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical work site location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
