** Business Applications Analyst/
**** Services Consultant
** to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

This role provides technical support and training on firm-sponsored software applications to internal usersand client users.

**** Services Consultant*
* ** role:
*** Provides technical support to users of applications currently supported by the B-Tech group and is certified on two or more of those solutions.
* Provides assistance and solutions for seamless integrations between software systems. Provide basic technical support and help troubleshoot integration or sync errors.
* Assist with data preparation for migration and imports as needed.
*
* What you will need:

*** Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
* 2 years experience in customer service support required
* 2 years experience in an area of application support, Helpdesk, Desktop Management, Mobile device/application support or similar IT experience preferred
* Experience with Spend Management solutions such as BILL () and/or an accounting related software preferred.#LI-DJ1
