Project Manager, Systems Analyst

Position Overview

This Project Manager role is based at our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. Relocation assistance is provided. You will join our Project Management team and drive impactful projects to improve patient care by leading software installations and supporting the Epic community’s growth.

• Travel across the United States (and abroad, if desired) to coordinate project deliverables and ensure successful software deployments.
• Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end‑user training, and provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live.
• Own the project lifecycle from kickoff to closeout, maintaining schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Work autonomously while receiving full support from our team and leadership.
• No prior software experience is required.

• Quality Manager, Trainer, or related background.
• Bachelor's degree or greater in any major.
• Demonstrated history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, with typical monthly travel of 1‑2 trips lasting 2‑4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
