Senior NetSuite Technical Administrator

The Senior Net Suite Technical Administrator is responsible for leading solution design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Net Suite systems. This role demands deep technical proficiency across Net Suite modules and customization tools, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and operational stakeholders. You will serve as a key advisor and technical lead, ensuring that Net Suite solutions align with the unique needs of a fast-paced, service-oriented business in the snow removal and landscaping industry.

• Serve as a Net Suite subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and guiding team members to ensure effective project execution and system performance.
• Own the technical delivery of Net Suite-related projects, collaborating across multiple teams and contributing to strategic architectural and design decisions.
• Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements.
• Lead the design and development of complex Net Suite customizations, leveraging tools such as Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Talk, and Suite Builder.
• Architect and implement scalable custom modules, workflows, and system integrations with third‑party platforms and internal systems (i.e., Salesforce, Viaesys, Data Rails, Power BI, Paycor, etc.)
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing Net Suite configurations, custom scripts, and integrations to ensure stability and performance.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the lifecycle of Net Suite implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration rationales, and development processes to support ongoing system evolution and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Net Suite certifications (e.g., Net Suite Administrator Certification, Net Suite Suite Foundation, or Suite Cloud Developer Certification) required
• 10+ years of user experience with Net Suite
• Experience with Net Suite AI capabilities, NSAW & NS EPM is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
