Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join their User Productivity Solutions Team
. This group manages endpoint technologies, Microsoft 365, virtual desktop environments, and user productivity applications. They’re looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of projects. This role offers hands‑on exposure to a modern corporate IT environment, including work with advanced endpoint and virtual desktop technologies.

Team & Work Environment
  • Newly appointed Group Lead
  • Team focus areas:
  • Endpoint management
  • Microsoft 365
  • Virtual desktop environments (Citrix currently; transitioning to Azure Virtual Desktop)
  • Imaging, Intune, and policy administration
  • Current team size: 3
  • Seeking someone who can independently own and drive projects
Top Required Skills
  • Microsoft Intune: Application packaging, deployment, and policy administration (environment of ~1,000 devices)
  • Microsoft 365: Strong knowledge of SharePoint, email, Power Automate, and general troubleshooting
  • Virtual Desktop: Experience with Citrix or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD preferred due to upcoming transition)
Additional Technical Skills
  • Windows OS administration
  • Active Directory
  • Power Shell
  • Core infrastructure fundamentals
  • JAMF experience for macOS/mobile device management (preferred)
Job Type & Location

Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 – $40.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
