Job Description
The IT Infrastructure & AI Enablement Intern will support Zurn Elkay's technology organization through hands‑on experience with Client Services, Digital Workplace technologies, and AI‑driven business solutions. This role provides exposure to enterprise IT operations, Microsoft 365, AI tools, and end‑user support while working alongside technical and business teams.
Client Services & Digital Workplace- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist users with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Support SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, and Copilot initiatives.
- Create user documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials.
- Research and evaluate new workplace technologies and productivity tools.
- Support adoption of Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, and other AI technologies.
- Develop and test AI use cases, prompts, and workflow automation solutions.
- Assist with AI training, communications, and user enablement activities.
- Research emerging AI trends and recommend opportunities for business value.
- Assist with system administration, cloud technologies, and technology deployments.
- Monitor system performance and support operational improvements.
- Participate in initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and security.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI platforms.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
