You will set roadmaps, standards, and operating models, partnering with Finance, Legal, IT, and executives to drive efficiency, compliance, and growth.
You’ll lead through other leaders, building a scalable, data-driven talent tech organization while coordinating with Talent Centers of Excellence and business partners.
