MDM Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure, Data Integration, and Informatica MDM, among other technical skills. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage complex projects and drive successful outcomes. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the development and execution of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical expertise in Azure, Data Integration, and Informatica MDM to guide project teams and ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources using No
  
  SQL, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.
• Utilize soapUI for testing and validating data integration processes.
• Implement and maintain Linux Shell Scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Manage and optimize Informatica Product 360, Informatica C360 SaaS, and other Informatica tools to enhance data quality and governance.
• Ensure the successful deployment and operation of Informatica SaaS CDI, Informatica SaaS CAI, and Informatica PIM solutions.
• Oversee the use of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation and best practices in data integration and management to support the companys strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
