Mexico , Colombia and Brazil  ### Main Responsibilities
* Develop project plans and timelines.
* Coordinate AI project teams.
* Manage risks and dependencies.
* Support governance processes.
* Track milestones.
* Maintain dashboards.
* Facilitate team member communication.
* Coordinate pilot and launch activities.### Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree.
* 5 or more years of experience.
* Experience leading programs.
* Advanced Level of English
* Experience with AI, automation, digital products, analytics, CRM, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies
* PMP, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or related certifications.
