Field Support Technician [3 month Contract-to-Hire]
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Experience: 1–3 years of IT experience and 5+ years of customer service experience
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide audiovisual (AV) and technical support during training sessions.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and other IT-related issues.
- Work with desktop support teams to resolve technical problems.
- Manage and update IT support tickets.
- Assist with hardware imaging, deployment, and nationwide distribution.
- Deliver proactive, professional customer service to end users.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT experience.
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- High school diploma and relevant technical experience.
- Familiarity with Windows 11, Office 365, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and imaging processes.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred: Relevant IT certifications and a willingness to learn new technologies.
