• Provide insurance quotes, pricing, and product information to prospective and existing clients.
• Build relationships with customers and identify their insurance needs.
• Meet new business sales goals by following up with existing leads and developing new business opportunities.
• Market and recommend appropriate insurance products based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
• Follow Farmers Insurance guidelines, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Property & Casualty license preferred; licensing assistance is available for the right candidate.
• Life & Health license is a plus, but not required to apply.
• Outgoing, confident, and motivated personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner who works well as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated and committed to professional growth.
• Comfortable working in a sales‑focused environment.
• Must be able to pass a credit and background check.
• Previous sales, marketing, networking, or insurance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right motivated candidate.
