Milwaukee, Madison, Neenah or Green Bay.

We seek a highly-motivated Attorney with strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills, and a passion for client service. Qualified candidates will have four or more years’ experience in corporate law. A business, accounting and/or tax background is strongly preferred as well as previous experience with mergers and acquisitions.
