Insurance Coverage Attorney – Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid/Flexible)

A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Milwaukee office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with at least five years of experience handling insurance coverage disputes in the commercial sector.

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, including investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, mediation, and client communications.
• Advise clients on insurance coverage matters, including policy review, drafting coverage evaluations and reservation of rights letters, and communicating coverage positions.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets practice group.
• Flexible schedule and the possibility of a reduced billable-hour requirement.

• Minimum five years’ experience in insurance coverage disputes (commercial sector preferred).
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and articulate legal strategies.
• Superior interpersonal skills and commitment to community.
• Active Wisconsin bar license (or willingness to obtain).
