Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Position Summary

Senior In-House Litigation Attorney at Epic, based in Madison, Wisconsin.

We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

• Manage complex litigation, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
• Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks.
• Grow responsibility rapidly with expanding knowledge of our rapidly changing industry.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Relocation to Madison, WI is necessary and will be fully reimbursed. COVID‑19 vaccination is required.

• Salary range: $200,000 to $240,000.
• Full‑time, mid‑senior level.
