An AM & Vault ranked Law firm are looking to onboard an Associate into their Real Estate practice group. The position is open to their Milwaukee office.

The team leverages their expertise across a wide range of areas from commercial real estate transactions, land use and entitlement to real estate capital markets and opportunity zones.

This position pays generously (just below the Cravath scale), and offers a broad range of benefits, including in depth mentorship and pathways of progression.

Qualification Requirements:

• The candidate must have at least two years of experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience in complex real estate transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A, and financings.
• Relevant real estate experience, such as acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, mixed‑use, condominium, and multifamily development and regulatory matters (e.g., TOPA, ROFRs, and rent control).
• The ideal candidate will have distinguished academic credentials, exemplary writing and communication skills.
• Hold a relevant JD and be admitted to the Wisconsin bar.
