**** The Supply Chain Rotational Analyst targets recent college graduates to build Supply Chain talent and organizational bench strength through a two to three-year rotational program. The program offers an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their careers to learn the many facets of both Supply Chain and Charter Manufacturing.
** Concentrated Rotational Areas:
*** Procurement* Supply & Demand Planning
* Transportation* Supply Chain Transformation
** Rotational Program Structure:
*** 3 Rotations at 12 months each.
* Short-term relocation:
Charter Casting (Woodstock, IL), Charter Steel (Saukville, WI) and Charter Wire (Milwaukee, WI)
