** to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. As a Senior Supplier Development Manager, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Operations organization, supporting Supplier Quality, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives across quality, delivery, capacity, scalability, and sustainability.

+ Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve supplier operational performance.

+ Manage supplier readiness activities for new product launches, including APQP, PPAP, and process validation.

+ Conduct supplier audits, capability assessments, capacity reviews, and risk mitigation activities.

+ Lead supplier recovery efforts, root cause analysis, and cross-functional continuous improvement projects.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

+ 10+ years of experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Plant Quality, or Supply Chain.

+ Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, supplier audits, and capacity analysis.

+ Proven track record of improving supplier performance, quality metrics, and delivery reliability.

+ Ability to travel 50%+ domestically and internationally while collaborating effectively in global, cross-functional environments.
