* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers to ensure efficient workflow.
* Manage project scheduling tools to meet deadlines.
* Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution and ensure compliance with specifications.
* Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members.
* Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring that project costs are monitored and controlled effectively.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards are met and maintained.
* Train and mentor team members in construction techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
* Collaborate with project managers to report on progress, challenges, and resource needs.### Requirements And Qualifications
* Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
* Strong skills in supervising teams, with the ability to motivate and lead effectively.
* Proficiency in project scheduling software.
* Familiarity with budgeting practices within the construction industry.
* Ability to read blueprints accurately.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
