Facilities Specialist III

The Assistant Facilities Manager supports the Facilities Manager in overseeing the operations, maintenance, and safety of a corporate office environment. This role requires a proactive person who can organize and lead projects, coordinate vendor services, and ensure a professional, efficient, and safe workplace for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, project management and problem-solving skills, proficiency in finance, and has previous experience working in an office environment.

* Qualifications:

** 5+ years of experience in facilities operations, preferably in a corporate office setting

Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with project planning and management tools Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Experience managing a reservable desking environment

Proficiency in office moves and restacks, and move management
