Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin (FAEW), the largest hunger relief organization in the state of Wisconsin, seeks a collaborative and visionary President and CEO to lead the organization into its next chapter.
Since 1982, FAEW has worked to support neighbors in need through its network of nearly 600 hunger relief partners and trusted community-based programs.
FAEW is at an important moment in its history, offering an exciting opportunity for a new President and CEO to shape its future after 43 years of successful work in Eastern Wisconsin.
As the organization continues its vital mission to solve hunger in the community, it seeks an innovative and dynamic leader who will inspire collaboration, elevate awareness, enhance the organization’s cutting‑edge approaches, and further expand a comprehensive vision for FAEW’s central role in addressing food insecurity.
The President and CEO will serve as the chief strategist of FAEW, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. The President and CEO will be responsible for advancing the organization’s mission, vision, and values while providing executive leadership across all aspects of the organization, including fundraising, operations, program development, financial management, advocacy, and community engagement. Key priorities include leading a strategic planning process with a focus on setting clear goals and measurable objectives.
With this renewed focus, the President and CEO will ensure the organization remains fiscally sustainable while applying mission‑driven criteria and financial rigor to evaluate opportunities.
The Board seeks an experienced leader who is dedicated to FAEW’s trajectory and will collaborate with the Board, staff, volunteers, donors, supporting organizations, and other partners to achieve the organization’s ambitious goals. This individual will have experience leading and directing complex organizations with diverse internal and external constituencies.
