• Drive strong team performance by selling profitable sprinkler construction projects and delivering exceptional customer service to Milwaukee customers.
• Actively manage the profit and loss of sprinkler projects within the Milwaukee Regional financials and set annual contract sales goals for the region and individual sales team members.
• Direct oversight of acquisition and overall sprinkler project execution. Report directly to Construction Superintendent, Design Manager and Sales Project Managers.

• 7+ years of experience in a construction sales/project management role in a related field, combined with post‑secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred previous experience managing financial results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
