Restoration Project Manager

Overview

Dry Source is looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead restoration projects from the first inspection to final closeout. If you’re organized, confident, and thrive on coordinating teams while keeping customers at ease, you might be the right fit.

• Inspect properties and write clear scopes and estimates
• Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and change orders
• Oversee job site progress, safety, and quality
• Keep project files, permits, and payments on track
• Maintain strong communication with clients and subs

• 2+ years in project management, construction, or restoration
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with job costing and project software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
