Project Manager - Corporate Workplace, Industrial & Mixed-Use, Milwaukee, WI
HGA, a leading architectural, engineering, and planning firm, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Milwaukee office. As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in leading project teams, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering innovative design solutions. Your leadership will contribute to advancing HGA's commitment to excellence and pushing the boundaries of architectural design.
What You'll Do- Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction
- Cultivate and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Ensure design solutions meet client needs, industry standards, and sustainability goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to grow HGA's presence in key markets
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and innovation
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, master's degree preferred
- 10+ years' experience as an architect and possess registration
- Demonstrated skills and abilities in working on multiple small-sized challenging projects simultaneously
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with employees and clients
- Budget oversight and project delivery management experience
- Proficiency with Revit, Sketch Up and other industry software; expertise with project management software (Hive, Basecamp, Jira, etc.)
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
