** We're looking for a community-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, builds strong relationships, and loves helping residents feel  this role, you’ll support multiple properties in Milwaukee while making a meaningful impact every day.
** What You’ll Do
*** Lead onsite operations and performance at multiple communities
* Foster strong resident relationships, engagement, and satisfaction
* Support team members with coaching, development, and clear expectations
* Drive leasing success, occupancy, and retention through proactive outreach
* Manage budgets, financial performance, and address delinquency challenges
* Uphold strong reputation management and respond quickly to resident needs
* Oversee unit turns, inspections, vendor coordination, and curb appeal
* Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing requirements
* Champion community-building initiatives and resident service connections
** What You’ll Bring
*** Previous property management experience (or strong assistant manager ready to step up)
* Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
* Enthusiastic, outgoing, resident-focused approach — a true people person
* Confidence working within diverse communities and understanding resident needs
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience with LIHTC or resident services/social work preferred
* Ability to handle financials, collections, and budgeting
