The Market Director of Sales & Marketing provides strategic leadership for three premier Milwaukee hotels—
The Westin Milwaukee, Marriott Milwaukee Downtown, and Spring Hill Suites Milwaukee Downtown
. This role oversees and aligns sales, marketing, and revenue strategies across the three properties to drive market share, maximize profitability, and elevate brand presence. Working closely with property leadership and ownership, the Market Director builds high-performing teams, strengthens key customer relationships, and ensures a cohesive, results-driven approach tailored to each hotel while leveraging the power of a multi-brand market strategy.

• Achieve 100% or more of team rooms and catering revenue goal
• Achieve 100% or more of business transient goal
• Hold accountability meetings with sales leadership team on an ongoing basis
• Communicate hotel goals to entire hotel and help keep the sales team motivated towards achieving goals
• Oversee, direct and manage eCommerce and Marketing initiatives for the hotels
• Interview, hire, and track performance for the sales team

• Minimum five years experience in hotel sales and marketing preferred, with at least three years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and driving market share.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including revenue management, digital marketing, and public relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
