Arcadia Management Group, Inc. AMO® is looking for an Apartment Community Manager to lead community operations in Glendale, WI. The role focuses on resident satisfaction, leasing performance, and community engagement.

• Be the first impression for prospective residents, offering personalized tours.
• Drive leasing performance through effective sales strategies and closing techniques.
• Design and implement resident retention programs and renewal strategies.
• Regularly inspect homes, amenities, shared spaces to uphold high standards.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, vendors, contractors to deliver seamless move-in experiences.
• Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, vendor management.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor cash flow, prepare business plans.
• Handle rent collection, delinquency management, financial reporting.
• Stay attuned to local market trends to inform pricing, leasing, renewal strategies.
• Utilize property management software for reporting and analytics.
• Lead, mentor, motivate team; conduct training, performance reviews.
• Approach challenges with creativity, optimism.

• 4+ years of experience in property management
• Real estate license and relevant certifications preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions
