Vice President – Investor Relations

Crafted HighlightsAs Vice President of Investor Relations, you will:
- Lead a two‑person team, fostering growth and development through regular coaching.
- Lead the earnings process, crafting earnings scripts, Q&A, slides, and contributing to the earnings release.
- Develop and execute the Investor Relations engagement plan, coordinating investor events including Investor Days.
- Create quantitative and qualitative tools to track sentiment and investor activity; prepare feedback reports for senior management and the Board.
- Prepare C‑Suite messaging and communications for investor conferences and develop investor presentations.
- Authentic leadership and respect for diversity.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- 10+ years of progressive Investor Relations experience.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and financial statements.
- Strategic thought leadership, communication, and influencing ability.
- Experience with financial modeling and shareholder targeting tools.
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- Drive accountability, integrity, and continuous learning.
