Vice President – Investor Relations

As Vice President of Investor Relations, you will:

  • Lead a two‑person team, fostering growth and development through regular coaching.
  • Lead the earnings process, crafting earnings scripts, Q&A, slides, and contributing to the earnings release.
  • Develop and execute the Investor Relations engagement plan, coordinating investor events including Investor Days.
  • Create quantitative and qualitative tools to track sentiment and investor activity; prepare feedback reports for senior management and the Board.
  • Prepare C‑Suite messaging and communications for investor conferences and develop investor presentations.
Key Ingredients
  • Authentic leadership and respect for diversity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • 10+ years of progressive Investor Relations experience.
  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and financial statements.
  • Strategic thought leadership, communication, and influencing ability.
  • Experience with financial modeling and shareholder targeting tools.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Drive accountability, integrity, and continuous learning.
