Structural Fitter

* 5+ years of FCAW multi-pass (10+) welding experience on heavy plate (2+ inches).
* 3+ years of structural heavy plate / structure fitting experience
* Previous .035 hard wire experience on 1/4" or thinner material
* 3+ years of reading and comprehending complex blueprints
* Experience with back gouging, carbon arcing or air arcing.
* Must pass three (3) weld qualification tests using FCAW large diameter wire (3/32).
* Must pass two (2) structural fitter qualification tests using FCAW large diameter wire (3/32).
* Safety first mindset.
* Understanding of quality requirements and ability to execute.
* Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
* Ability to work overtime to support production demands.
* Ability to use read a tape measure, level, surface gauges, tram points, calipers, combination sets, wedges, blocks
* Ability to weld in overhead and vertical up positions
