As our Production Supervisor
, you will help drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals while working closely with the Value Stream Manager to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain clear communication with employees and foster a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Stay active on the shop floor, stepping in to support production as needed.
- Lead, coach, and support your team while fostering a positive and productive environment
- Set and manage daily/weekly/monthly SQDC targets
- Ensure equipment safety, maintenance, and a clean, organized workspace
- Coordinate workflow with other supervisors for efficient, on‑time production
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor output, and support ongoing improvements
- Prepare schedules and performance reports

Requirements What You Bring to the Team:- 3–5 years of production/manufacturing experience
- 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Solid math skills and proficiency with Excel
- A hands‑on leadership style with the willingness to support production tasks when needed
