Our Milwaukee metal plating client is seeking career oriented individuals to set up, operate, and tend to plating machines. This is a super opportunity for hard working individuals who wish to start or continue their careers in manufacturing.

Duties and Responsibilities
:

• Plater will inspect plated areas for defects or uneven coverage.
• Must comply with and uphold all health, safety, security, environmental and any additional company policies outlined by Weatherford.
• Picking up completed product from conveyer and hanging parts to dry
• Learn to Operate OD and  equipment with efficiency and quality without supervision.
• Carry out plating assignments to the highest level of quality.
• Maintain a clean safe work environment to include proper handling and segregation of solid waste.
• Ability to be detail oriented and possess knowledge of environmental compliance, i.e. waste segregation and HSSE documentation.
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Required Skills: These are entry level positions!

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Ability to perform repeated heavy lifting up to 60 pounds
• Should be able to work closely with fellow employees.
• The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
