Job Description

JOB FUNCTION AND SCOPE

Employee is required to work alongside the tool makers to execute tooling maintenance, repairs and manufacture in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tooling Maintenance: (70%) - Inspect, clean and repair tooling. Manufacture replacement parts when needed.

Tooling Manufacture: (15%) - Knowledgeable about horizontal lathes, NC machinery, programming and fixture applications to the Solid Works model.

Assist Tool Makers: (15%) - Assist tool makers in the manufacture of tooling, equipment, and shop floor repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Required

1-3 years of experience in a Machining environment.
1-3 years of experience with inspection equipment.

Preferred

1-3 years of experience with Solidworks
1-3 years of experience in fabrication assembly
