STS Technical Services is hiring experienced Builders / Finishers to support our manufacturing operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. These are full-time positions available on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

We're looking for dependable team players who show up on time, take pride in their craft, and bring a strong work ethic to every build.

• Interpret and build from blueprints and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, finish, and assemble various components
• Measure and align materials according to specifications
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Experience using materials, methods, and tools common to the construction or manufacturing industry
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
  
  Willingness to learn, take feedback, and contribute to team success
• Must pass a hands‑on competency test and pre‑employment physical, including drug screening
