Machine Repair - 3rd Shift

3rd Shift opening: 10pm - 6am $34.47/hour

The Machine Repair associate will troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components on CNC equipment.

• Ensure operation of CNC machines and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and control issues.
• Check, analyze, reconnect, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, belt-driven or gear drive machines.
• Disconnect motors, solenoids and perform minor electrical repairs on de-energized circuits and equipment.
• Rebuild gear boxes and electrical motors.

• High school diploma and one to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Required to pass the eligibility test provided by Snap‑on.
• Ability to read and interpret part diagrams.
• Ability to use shop mathematics, work with fairly complicated drawings, and good troubleshooting ability.
• Competencies:
  
  Demonstrated experience in mechanical maintenance, including motors, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, and pumps.
