2nd shift Maintenance Tech at Calypso Lemonade

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift at our state‑of‑the‑art bottling facility in Milwaukee, WI. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automated systems to ensure minimal downtime and improve system reliability. As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the overall efficiency of our production lines.

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automated systems within the facility.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues on production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance system reliability.
• Work closely with production teams to improve overall equipment efficiency.
• Support the timely resolution of any technical issues that arise during the shift.

• Hourly Pay depending on experience.
• Potential monthly bonus up to 5% of total monthly earnings.

• Monday to Friday (five‑day work week with weekends off) – 3 pm to 11:30 pm Monday to Thursday;
  Fridays 8 am to 3:30 pm.
• Regular voluntary overtime available.

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or bottling environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automated systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
