STS Technical Services is seeking experienced Electrical Assemblers with 1-3 years of recent experience to join our growing team in Milwaukee. As an Electrical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in building enclosures and supporting the installation needs for various electrical equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Pre-assemble electrical kits from inventoried components and fabricated components.
• Perform light fabrication work including drilling, forming, wire stripping, and crimping.
• Handle materials efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Production Supervisors, and Team Leads.
• Support the installation needs for various electrical equipment.
• Ensure and document the quality and accuracy of work.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• 1-3 years of recent experience in electrical assembly.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to read blueprints and bills of materials.
• Ability to read measuring devices, such as tape measures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn and advance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Must pass a competency test and pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
