Sheet Metal Post-Processing Technician

$18.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Location: Milwaukee, WI

No Prior Experience Required — Comprehensive Training Provided.

Laser-cut parts only become production-ready when edges are clean, surfaces are smooth, and quality checks are complete. That’s where you come in.

• Unload parts from CNC laser equipment and perform immediate quality checks.
• Execute finishing operations: deburring, sanding, and polishing to spec.
• Verify compliance with company standards and product specifications.
• Keep your work cell organized to maximize safety and throughput.
• Coordinate with teammates and communicate status to meet production goals.
• Document output and promptly elevate discrepancies to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical coursework a plus).
• Able to continuously lift sheet metal and stand for 10-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours.
• Comfortable operating shop machinery and hand tools safely.
• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and a solid team communicator.
• Basic computer skills for recording production activity.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or finishing (preferred, not required).
• Hands-on deburring background.

• Meets physical requirements for lifting and standing.
• Deburring experience or willingness to learn.
