Responsibilities

As a lead person you will report to and receive direction from the Director of Manufacturing in assisting to accomplish the manufacturing and shipping goals as laid out by the Sales and manufacturing team. You will be part of the manufacturing team where your ideas and suggestions will be valued and respected as you seek out new solutions to the specific manufacturing challenges.
