We’re looking for a skilled Machinist and CNC Programmer to join our team and play a key role in producing high‑quality parts that keep industries moving. In this role, you’ll combine craftsmanship with innovation—working on both manual and CNC machine centers to create components that meet exact specifications.
What You’ll Do- Manufacture precision parts per print specifications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate and set up manual and CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Program, edit, and adjust CNC machining programs using Mazatrol controls.
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan efficient manufacturing processes.
- Perform quality checks on all diameters and dimensions for accuracy.
- Maintain and repair machine tools to keep operations running smoothly.
- Strong experience in CNC programming and machining.
- Proficiency with Mazatrol controls.
- Excellent blueprint reading and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with CNC milling and precision measurement tools.
- Bonus:
Exposure to Autodesk 360 and Feature
CAM.

This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
