With pay ranging from $45.00 to $60.00 per hour, a $7,000 sign‑on bonus
, and a $5.00 shift premium for off‑shifts, this role is packed with rewards and growth potential.

• Support our Operations team through hands‑on troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
• Design, fabrication, and installationwaardige controls systems to UL 508A standards including panel building, electrical schematics, equipment BOMs, and PLC/HMIHUD programming.
• Demonstrate strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with Allen‑Bradley Control Logix PLCs, Panel View HMIs, Kinetix motion controls, and Power Flex series variable speed drives or variable frequency drives (VFDs).

• Associate degree or higher in Automation, Industrial Controls, Electro‑mechanical, or a similar related degree (BSEE or BSEET preferred).
• Five‑plus years of industrial manufacturing experience in design, fabrication, and installation of industrial control systems including Control‑and Compact Logix PLCs, SLC 5/00 and Micro Logix PLCs, Panel View Plus 7 series and Panel View 5000 HMIs, Kinetix servo drives, Power Flex VFDs, Guard Master safety relays, IO‑Link, and FANUC robotics.
• Ability to navigate, and understanding of,ısı electrical standards such as NFPA 70, NFPA 79, and UL 508A.
• Experience with common fieldbus, communication protocols, and networking technologies such as Ether Net/IP, Device Net, IO‑Link, AS‑i, CIP Safety, and managed ethernet switches.
• Passion for industrial automation with a strong interest in mastering new automation technologies and continuing to grow and develop your skills and knowledge of Industrial Control Systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑player mentality ready to work hard and collaborate with Palermo’s Controls and Maintenance teams.

We currently have one opening on 3rd shift – 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.

Ourสาย maintenance team members work every other weekend and enjoy a 5‑day workweek by scheduling days off on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. Overtime opportunities are also available for those who want to earn more.

This is an on‑site position at our Canal Street facility.
