Packaging Optimization Manager – Molson Coors Beverage Company
Apply to join Molson Coors’ Milwaukee Brewery as a Packaging Optimization Manager, responsible for managing WCSC Process related DMS Health and consistency related to Standard work of the Line Process Leaders.
Base Pay Range: $94,600.00/yr – $/yr
Responsibilities- Lead a team of talented colleagues and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one‑on‑one conversations.
- Own process standards and data management for the department, including data analysis, document standards, health checks, training and coaching.
- Drive loss elimination by analyzing data to identify and prioritize opportunities across the department and lines, facilitating IPS, UPS and other DMS to eliminate top stops and process failures, and improve MTBS.
- Develop capability by training and coaching others on FI (problem‑solving tools & techniques, PLO), WPI (changeovers), AM (centerline, CIL, DH), and IM (GSUM & RE tools) pillar tools; own coaching for these areas during planned stops.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Science or Business and/or 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably a packaging department.
- AM Level 4 Qualified (Step
3) & PLO Certified. - Experience with World Class Supply Chain standards, DMS features, tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of packaging operations, systems and processes; aptitude for packaging line optimization and design parameters.
- Strong analytical skills with presentation and communication abilities.
- Direct goal linkages to UPDT, MTBS and PR improvement targets.
- Excellent collaborator, communicator, and problem‑solver; capable of completing complex projects quickly and effectively.
