STRATTEC Security Corporation is seeking a Stamping Set-Up Operator to set up and operate equipment up to 630-ton presses. You will rotate across machines, perform minor tool changes, and uphold safety, quality, and 5S standards while collaborating with engineering and quality teams.
Pay starts at $25.00/hour plus $0.75 shift premium (3PM–1AM, Mon–Thu). After a successful 6-month training period, wages progress to $30.06/hour with potential for growth.
