• Ability to work with Engineering to design fixtures and fit up complex first articles.
• Perform MIG welding on a variety of metals and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

technical training in welding preferred. Proven experience as a MIG welder or in a similar role. Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks. D1.1 certification or ability to pass the test.

TIG and robotic welding both are great bonuses.
