* The Opportunity:

* As the Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you will become the technical leader responsible for improving the reliability and performance of critical manufacturing equipment throughout the facility.

Initially, a significant portion of your focus will be dedicated to one of the operation's most important assets: its automated paint system.

This equipment directly impacts production flow throughout the plant, making uptime, reliability, and preventative maintenance critical to operational success.

You'll partner closely with Maintenance, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Production Leadership, and Equipment Suppliers to improve performance, prevent failures, and drive continuous improvement.

** What You'll Be Doing:*

+ Identify recurring equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions.

+ Perform root cause analysis using techniques such as 5 Why, Fishbone, Failure Analysis, and other structured problem-solving methodologies.

+ Analyze maintenance data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.

+ Drive continuous improvement projects focused on reliability, performance, quality, and cost reduction.

** Preventative & Predictive Maintenance*
* + Evaluate and improve existing preventative maintenance programs.

+ Develop maintenance strategies that reduce unplanned downtime.

+ Recommend predictive maintenance approaches to improve equipment performance.

+ Support maintenance planning and scheduling activities.

+ Help drive the organization's evolution from reactive maintenance toward proactive reliability management.
