Job Summary

As a Marketing Associate at Anodyne, you will play a vital role in promoting our unique diabetic footwear products. This position is based in the United States and offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering personal and diligent service while enhancing our brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Anodyne's products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to drive brand awareness.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve online visibility.
  • Assist in budgeting for marketing campaigns and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, target audiences, and marketing objectives, and translate them into effective digital marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for website optimization and conversion rate improvement.
  • Create compelling copy for advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials.
  • Proactively suggest improvements and enhancements to reporting that can aid in sales performance.
  • Serve as a consultant to the sales team, actively engaging with them to understand their reporting needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to drive growth and enhance the company's online presence.
  • Project manage and collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO and social media strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
  • Must possess a metrics‑driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Experience working with HTML, content management systems, and design software.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Compensation

Starting wage: $25/hr.

Full Time Non‑Exempt. Monday through Friday On‑Site – Milwaukee, WI 53207.
