Event Assistant

The Event Assistant will support the preparation and execution of promotional events. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys an active environment, working with people, and contributing to a team.

• Assist with preparing event spaces, tables, displays, and signage
• Organize promotional materials and event supplies
• Support event setup and breakdown
• Welcome attendees and provide basic event information
• Assist with customer engagement and promotional activities
• Help distribute informational and promotional materials
• Keep event areas organized and professional
• Collect attendee feedback and communicate observations to the team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, energetic, and professional
• Reliable and comfortable in an active work environment
• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous event, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus
