** What's the Job?*
* + Develop and lead integrated communications and marketing strategies aligned to organizational objectives.

+ Create and maintain compelling narratives that support enterprise initiatives, culture, and purpose-driven programs.

+ Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to engage employees, leaders, external stakeholders, and community partners.

+ Provide executive communications support, including leadership messaging, presentations, speeches, and thought leadership content.

+ Establish communication standards, editorial governance, and content management processes, then measure campaign effectiveness to improve engagement and reach.

** What's Needed?*
* + Executive-level communications, marketing, corporate affairs, or related leadership experience.

+ Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide campaigns and communication strategies.

+ Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.

+ Exceptional storytelling, writing, and strategic planning skills.

+ Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on communications opportunities and risks.
