We are seeking an energetic and organized Event Assistant to support the coordination and delivery of engaging events and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and contributing to memorable experiences. Training will be provided, with opportunities to develop event coordination and teamwork skills.

• Assist with preparing and coordinating events, activations, and special activities.
• Help organize event materials, displays, and supplies.
• Welcome attendees and provide helpful information during events.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure activities run smoothly.
• Maintain an organized and professional event environment.
• Help resolve unexpected on-site challenges in a timely manner.
• Participate in event preparation, setup, and breakdown as needed.
